Join a rapidly growing SaaS company and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our in-house no-code products such as the marketing DX SaaS “b→dash” and management DX SaaS “kpiee.”
As a QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer, you will contribute to delivering top-tier quality that drives user satisfaction.

■ Background
Due to business expansion, we are hiring 5 new QA engineers, with a focus on new graduates who are eager to launch their careers in the tech industry.

■ Job Description (QA Engineer)
As part of the QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our no-code SaaS products:

Front-end testing

Back-end testing
　(Including DB value validation, server log checks, and performance evaluations)

Additional tasks may include, depending on your skills:

Test case creation and test planning

Note: Scope of job responsibilities is fixed with no expected changes.

Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo
　(Located in Sumitomo Fudosan Nishi-Shinjuku Building – easy access from stations)

No job relocation

■ Working Hours & Style
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 working hours/day + 1 hour break)

Average overtime is minimal

Saturdays and Sundays off (strict no weekend work policy)

Full-time employee (permanent)

New graduate position

No probation period

■ Salary & Compensation
Annual salary: ¥3,120,000 – ¥4,800,000

Monthly salary: from ¥260,000 (includes base salary of ¥193,000)
　Depending on performance during the selection process, salary may increase up to ¥400,000/month.
　Initial salary is the same for university and technical college graduates.

Bonus: separate performance-based bonuses available
