Job Description
Upon joining, you’ll receive one month of training focused on C programming. Based on your aptitude, you may also receive an additional month of microcontroller (MCU) training.

After the training period, you will be assigned to a client site (primarily large manufacturers) to engage in engineering-related projects—mainly in the IT or embedded development field.

Projects include: embedded software development, system control, testing & verification

All training programs are designed for beginners

A web-based aptitude test may be required prior to assignment

Work Locations & Style
Primary locations: Tokyo, Kanagawa, and other project sites nationwide

Choose from two work styles:
 - Nationwide: 70% rent subsidy (company-covered)
 - Regionally limited: 50% rent subsidy

Business trips (domestic/international) may occur depending on the project

Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (8 hours + 1 hour break)
Average Overtime: 9.8 hours/month
*Overtime pay is calculated and paid in 1-minute increments

Salary & Compensation
Monthly Salary: ¥212,000–¥550,000
Annual Income Range: ¥3.36M–¥7.27M
*Based on skills, experience, and assigned region

Examples:

¥7.27M/year (age 41) – ¥470K/month + bonuses + overtime

¥6.23M/year (age 33) – ¥400K/month + bonuses + overtime

¥4.33M/year (age 26) – ¥270K/month + bonuses + overtime

Bonuses: Twice annually (July & December)
