Responsibilities

Handling various customer inquiries via chat and email

Planning and proposing new service implementations (e.g., OTA websites, check-in systems)

Managing accommodation reservations and changes

Check-in and check-out procedures

Operational improvements at hotel facilities

Assisting in the launch of new facilities

Note: Most communication is written and from overseas customers. Phone support is rarely required.

Trial period: 6 months (contract employee during the trial; no change in other conditions)

Working Hours

Standard hours: 10:00–19:00 (1-hour break)

Shifts may vary (e.g., 9:00–18:00)

Includes night shifts

Average overtime: less than 20 hours/month

Salary

Annual salary: ¥3,500,000

Monthly salary: ¥250,000

Base salary: From ¥200,717

Fixed overtime pay: From ¥49,283 (for 33 hours/month)

Additional overtime will be paid if it exceeds 33 hours

Payment type: Monthly

Bonus: Twice a year
