◆Position Overview
As part of a company-wide initiative to strengthen its digital infrastructure and business transformation, this role will focus on IT strategy development, DX implementation, and process innovation across the organization.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership and have wide-ranging discretion in shaping and executing transformative projects.
◆Key Responsibilities
Develop IT strategies and system implementation roadmaps
Improve and manage IT organization operations (budgeting, personnel, project management)
Promote DX initiatives including AI adoption, data-driven decision-making, and business process reengineering (BPR)
Manage and oversee IT projects in line with management goals

◆Work Environment
Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:25 PM (flextime available, no core hours)
Average monthly overtime: less than 20 hours
Remote work available depending on department
Head office is located in Chiba (approx. 30–40 minutes from central Tokyo)
Car commuting permitted (70% of staff use personal vehicles); on-site parking and gas allowance available
Company cafeteria offering lunch for ¥300–¥400, highly rated by employees
◆Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥8M–¥11M
Monthly salary: ¥390,000–¥620,000 (includes 20 hours of overtime; additional pay for excess hours)
Salary will be determined based on experience and ability
Bonus: Twice a year (last year’s total exceeded 6 months' salary)
