After joining, you will undergo OJT-based training at a client site, starting with system operations tasks based on manuals and standard procedures. Even those without prior IT knowledge can feel confident beginning here.
Key responsibilities:
Monitoring system operations and responding to alerts
Performing operational tasks according to manuals
Logging and reporting incidents
In the future, you can transition to roles like infrastructure engineer or cybersecurity specialist, depending on your skills and interests. Our in-house training programs will fully support your growth.
◆ Work Environment & Flexibility
Shift-based schedule (24/7 operations), with 8-hour shifts per day
Both day and night shifts may apply, depending on the project
Average overtime: under 20 hours/month
Client-site deployment in Osaka (location may vary by project)

Monthly salary: ¥200,000–¥280,000
Bonus: Twice per year
