【In-House Development × Full-Time Employment】System Engineer for TCS Affiliate Platform｜Permanent Position｜No Experience Required｜126 Annual Holidays

Founded in 2006 with a capital of 120 million yen, we are a mid-sized IT company (with 101–300 employees) that develops and provides proprietary services such as the TCS Affiliate, a financial affiliate system that bridges businesses and consumers.

While unlisted, our company combines agility with stability. We do not engage in SES (System Engineering Services) or outsourced development; all development is conducted entirely in-house. Engineers take the lead from planning to operations and improvement, prioritizing user experience and system quality.

◆ Job Description
You will be responsible for the planning, design, development, and operation of our proprietary systems, with a focus on TCS Affiliate. Tasks will be assigned based on your experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Add new features and improvements to our in-house systems

Server maintenance and construction

Assist in client web page creation

Maintain and update internal systems

Develop new internet services from the ground up

Tech Stack: Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL / OS: Windows

As engineers define the specifications and schedule themselves, we are not pressured by external deadlines. We prioritize product quality, allowing for specification reviews or improvements even after release.

◆ No Experience? No Problem!
We welcome applicants from different industries and backgrounds. You can start by assisting with maintenance and support of existing services while gradually gaining experience.
If desired and suitable, you can eventually take part in the entire development process, including design and upper phases. Many employees who switched from other industries are now thriving in our team.

◆ Work Environment
100% in-house development (no client dispatch)

No transfers

Core working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (7.5-hour workday)

Average overtime: under 10 hours/month

Complete 5-day workweek (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off)

126 days of annual holidays (2023 actual)

◆ Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥2.88M–¥4.2M (based on experience and skills)

Monthly salary: ¥240,000–¥300,000
(Includes fixed overtime pay for 40 hours; additional overtime paid separately)

Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December)

Salary raise: Once a year (April)

Full social insurance coverage

Commuting allowance (up to ¥50,000/month)
