With a compact team of 10–30 employees, we operate a sales promotion business across Japan, providing mobile and Wi-Fi solutions to customers in shopping malls, electronics stores, and mobile phone retailers.
◆ Job Description
As a sales & promotion staff, you will work in a 2–3 person team to propose and sell mobile devices and Wi-Fi services at partner stores nationwide.
Your main responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with new purchases and device upgrades
Offering the most suitable contract plans
Handling customer registrations and agreements
Planning and setting up promotional booths and events
Though you'll interact with customers on your own, you’ll be fully supported by a senior mentor through hands-on training in the field. No prior experience required!

◆ Salary & Compensation
Annual salary: ¥2.88M–¥6.00M (depending on performance)
Monthly salary: ¥240,000
- Base salary: ¥216,000
- Fixed overtime: ¥24,000 (includes 15 hours/month; additional hours paid separately)

Sample earnings:
1st year: ¥3.8M (¥250,000/month + incentives)
5th year: ¥6.0M (¥250,000/month + incentives)
