We are now expanding our Information Systems Department and seeking a new team member to support IT systems for our overseas offices.
◆ Job Description – IT Infrastructure & Systems for Overseas Operations
As an in-house IT engineer, you’ll be involved in supporting the global expansion of the business through internal systems management and development. This is a career-building opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience in both infrastructure and applications across global locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure
・Server maintenance, security updates, PC support
・Network equipment updates
Applications
・SAP Business One support and deployment
・Custom system development using Visual Studio (VB, C#)
・Internal web system development and operation
・Support for production instruction and cost systems (in-house)
Other
・Participate in meetings with internal users and external developers to discuss system improvements
Current Team Structure:
Kobe HQ: 14 full-time staff + 7 on-site contractors
Other sites: Nagoya, Shikoku, Ayabe (with staff and resident contractors)
◆ Work Style – Flexible & Balanced
Flextime System (Core hours: 10:00–14:30)
Complete 5-day workweek (Sat, Sun, national holidays)
125 annual holidays (2024)
Work location: Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture (3 min walk from Karumo Station)
Overseas business trips available
No immediate transfers, but potential relocation to other domestic/overseas branches (Tokyo, Nagoya, Singapore, U.S., Germany, etc.)
◆ Salary & Benefits – Stable and Rewarding
Annual Salary: ¥4.5M–¥5.0M
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000–¥300,000
Bonus: Twice a year (July & December)
(Actual average bonus: 6.0 months of base salary in FY 2023)
