Role & Mission
As a full-stack engineer, you’ll be deeply involved in all aspects of our product—from front-end to back-end—developing and improving web applications using PHP, TypeScript, and more. You’ll work on enhancing marketplace and SaaS features.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve features using Nuxt.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, and PHP

Promote adoption of serverless architecture and modular monolith structure

Develop APIs and backend infrastructure (GCP & AWS)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions

We release updates 1–3 times per day. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll influence tech choices and development direction.

Workstyle & Team Environment
Fully remote work allowed (average in-office attendance: 1.8 days/month)

Discretionary labor system (standard hours: 9:00–18:00)

Project teams consist of engineers, PdMs, and designers

Salary & Compensation
Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000–¥8,000,000

Monthly Salary: ¥500,000–¥660,000

Salary reviews twice a year (based on Mission Grade system and monthly 1-on-1s)
