◆ Job Description – Make a Creative Impact Across Industries
As a Web & Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for branding-focused design work such as corporate websites, presentations, printed materials, and more.
Projects span across a wide range of industries—manufacturing, finance, real estate, telecom, construction, consulting, and more—giving you room to grow and diversify your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Web design for corporate sites, EC sites, and mobile app UI/UX

Logo and visual branding design, printed sales tools, etc.

PowerPoint materials for IR documents and client proposals

CG design, 3D modeling, and telop creation for broadcast media

You may eventually take on art direction or team leadership roles, depending on your career goals.

◆ Working Style & Environment
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours/day)

Monthly overtime: Less than 10 hours (fully paid from the first minute)

Work locations include Tokyo-based design/development hubs or client sites in the Greater Tokyo Area

Possible relocation within Japan depending on project assignments

Monthly salary: ¥230,000–¥350,000

Example Salaries:

Age 30, 8 years’ experience: ¥4.5M

Age 35, 13 years’ experience: ¥5.0M

Age 40, 18 years’ experience: ¥6.0M

Age 45, 23 years’ experience: ¥7.0M

Bonuses: Twice a year (approx. 2 months’ salary)

Annual raise: April
