You will be assigned to projects for major Japanese and global corporations, taking the lead on specific workstreams and driving execution and delivery.

Business and system process analysis (e.g., BPR, RPA, AI integration)

Employment Type: Full-time (permanent)

Probation Period: 3 months (no change in conditions)

Work Location: Midtown Tower, Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break, 8 hours total)

Average Overtime: Low-to-moderate (work-life balance supported)

Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥20,000,000

Senior Consultant: ¥6M – ¥9M

Manager: ¥9M – ¥13M

Senior Manager: ¥12M – ¥18M

Partner: ¥18M+

Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
