11:40–12:10 – Aptitude Test & Resume/CV Writing Support

Salary
Annual income: ¥4.2M–¥5.0M (for nationwide full-time employees)
Average monthly salary for general staff: ¥330,000
Monthly salary: ¥258,000 – ¥290,500 (including sales & meal allowance)
Salary increase: Once per year (June)
Bonus: Twice per year (July and December)
Includes fixed sales allowance ¥16,000 and meal allowance ¥7,000
Additional overtime allowance will be paid separately in full
Example Monthly Salary:
¥420,000 (4th year, age 29)
¥520,000 (6th year, age 33)
Example Annual Salary by Position:
3rd year employee: ¥5.51M
4th year Assistant Manager: ¥6.05M
5th year Store Manager: ¥7.00M
Working Hours
Shift system (8 hours/day)
Examples: 10:00–19:00, 13:00–22:00
Average monthly overtime: ~20 hours
Contract Term
Trial period: 3–6 months (contract employee status during the trial period; no change to salary or benefits)
