Job Description:
As an M&A Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in addressing Japan’s pressing social issue of business succession by supporting M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients. This role offers not only strong social impact but also the opportunity for rapid personal and professional growth through hands-on experience in business negotiations, financial analysis, and legal knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate M&A sell-side opportunities (domestic and international)
Conduct company valuations and prepare related documents
Propose deals to potential domestic and international buyers
Coordinate and attend meetings between sellers and buyers
Draft contract terms and negotiate conditions
Handle closing procedures
You will manage the entire transaction lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, with support from a corporate team for matchmaking. Our proprietary DX system streamlines the process, allowing you to focus on high-impact client interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications:
Sales experience
Business-level English proficiency (negotiation and correspondence)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales to company executives or owners
M&A advisory or brokerage experience
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (English, Chinese)
Work Conditions & Compensation:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Annual Salary: Starting from ¥4,200,000
(¥350,000/month including base salary of ¥251,300 + fixed overtime allowance of ¥98,700, which includes late-night compensation of ¥11,900)
Performance-based incentive (no upper limit)
Additional overtime pay beyond 44 hours/month
Salary for experienced candidates negotiable based on past performance
