Job Summary
Overview
The company provides consulting, development, and operation of integrated IT systems. You will be responsible for overall customer-facing system sales.
Scope of Work: As defined by the company

Detailed Responsibilities

Clients: Specific and new clients in industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, oil, and chemical manufacturing. (Examples: Tokyo Electric Power, ENEOS, etc.)

Products Offered:

Large-scale project management tools

Tools for plant construction and operation

Production planning systems for petrochemical companies

Manufacturing execution systems for pharmaceutical factories

Sales Flow:
Hearing client issues → Proposing systems → Passing to technical teams for requirement definition and development management → Delivery

Sales Style:
50% existing clients, 50% new clients (New clients via inquiry-based inbound sales).
Collaborating with TIS Group strengthens new business development capabilities.

Career Path
You are expected to become a specialist in sales (including pre-sales) for specific clients and eventually take on mentoring roles.
Within around 5 years, you are expected to aim for a position as either a sales specialist or a sales manager leading strategic planning.

Team Structure
The Digital Business Division consists of 8 members, including 4 sales professionals.

Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 to ¥390,000 (includes fixed allowances)

Salary Note: Includes approx. 20 hours/month overtime. Salary may vary depending on the selection process.
