Our Corporate IT Department supports the IT infrastructure of our entire group, including the design, construction, and operation of network and server environments. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our workforce and opening new offices, making the development of robust IT infrastructure more essential than ever. To respond to these changes flexibly and promptly while maintaining a stable IT foundation, we are hiring additional infrastructure engineers.

This involves maintaining stable system operations and building infrastructure that is secure and convenient without users being conscious of it. ■ Job Responsibilities
As a member of the in-house information systems team, you will primarily handle network-related infrastructure tasks. You will be broadly involved in designing, constructing, and operating internal IT infrastructure across the entire corporate group, including subsidiaries. With the frequent expansion and relocation of offices due to active hiring, you’ll have a great deal of responsibility, including opportunities to build environments from the ground up. We also encourage proactive suggestions for new initiatives and infrastructure strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Design, construction, and operation of IT infrastructure (network/server) for an organization of approximately 3,000 people
IT infrastructure setup for new office openings or relocations
└ Includes video conferencing systems, LAN/WAN, VPN design and implementation
User support and troubleshooting (as part of your duties)
Technologies and Tools Used
Network Equipment: Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate, YAMAHA, DELL, APRESIA
Cloud Services: AWS, Azure
Server OS: Windows (main), Linux
Services: AD, DNS, DHCP, Syslog, Azure AD, etc.
Monitoring: Zabbix

Salary
Annual Salary: ¥5,493,636 – ¥7,687,392
Example: For ¥5.49M/year
Monthly: ¥344,563 (includes base salary ¥268,000 + overtime allowance ¥46,563 + other allowances ¥30,000)
20 hours/month of overtime is compensated regardless of actual overtime

Requirements
