■ Job Description
You’ll be responsible for end-to-end design work supporting corporate branding through web, graphic, and PowerPoint design.

Project Examples:

Corporate website redesigns, logos, e-commerce site design, mobile app UI/UX

Creating manuals for a major telecom firm

IR materials and presentation decks for listed companies

On-air graphics and 3D modeling for national TV networks

Clients span industries such as manufacturing, finance, real estate, consulting, law, and more. This is a great opportunity to work directly with major Japanese corporations and contribute to impactful design work.

■ Work Environment & Flexibility
Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (with overtime paid by the minute, average under 10 hrs/month)

Location: Tokyo Design & Development Square or nearby Tokyo offices
（Future relocation may be possible to other regions）

Partial remote work available (depending on the project)

Casual attire permitted (project-dependent)

■ Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥8,000,000
(Examples: ¥4.5M at age 30 with 8 years’ experience / ¥7M at age 45 with 23 years’ experience)

Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥500,000

Bonuses: Twice per year (2 months’ worth total, based on previous year’s results)

Annual Salary Review: Once per year (April)
