Position Overview – Infrastructure Engineer
Due to business expansion, we are hiring 30 new full-time engineers for infrastructure operations and network/system monitoring.
What You'll Do
Start with a 1-month paid training program (including basic networking and business etiquette) before joining a project. You’ll then gain hands-on experience in:
Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of servers and network infrastructure
User support and helpdesk services
IT system operations for enterprise clients
Career Path Options:
With experience and support, you may progress to:
Network/server design and architecture
System policy and operational design
Project pre-sales/post-sales support
Example Projects:
Maintenance of billing systems for major telecom carriers
IT services for banks, securities firms, and credit card companies
Design/implementation of network systems before commercial release
Work Conditions & Flexibility
Employment type: Full-time (permanent)
Working hours: 9:00–18:00
Average overtime: Under 10 hours/month
All overtime is fully paid in 1-minute increments
Work Location:
Positions available nationwide in Japan, including major cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo
Transfer may be required depending on projects
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥3.2M–¥3.5M (entry-level)
Example:
Age 30 (8 yrs experience): ¥4.5M
Age 35 (13 yrs): ¥5.0M
Age 40 (18 yrs): ¥6.0M
Age 45 (23 yrs): ¥7.0M
Salary Review: Once per year (April)
Bonuses: Twice a year (2 months total based on previous year’s performance)
