As a full-time employee, you will be dispatched to major Japanese manufacturers and tech firms to work on IT-related projects.
Your tasks may include:
Embedded systems development and programming
Web application development and system architecture
Network and server infrastructure construction and maintenance
Implementation of global enterprise systems like SAP and ServiceNow
Example Projects:
GUI modeling and automated test design for in-vehicle devices
Development and maintenance of telecom and internet line management systems
Business process optimization through ERP package configuration

Example salaries:
¥4.5M at age 30 (8 years’ experience)
¥5.0M at age 35 (13 years)
¥6.0M at age 40 (18 years)
¥7.0M at age 45 (23 years)
Monthly salary: ¥210,000 – ¥300,000
Bonuses: Twice a year (total 2 months’ salary on average)
Additional allowances: Overtime, holiday, commute, housing subsidies (subject to assignment)
