◆ Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥5.1M – ¥9.2M

Monthly salary example (¥5.12M): ¥321,438 (base salary ¥268,000 + fixed overtime + allowance)

Fixed overtime for 20 hours included (additional pay for overtime beyond that)

Extensive Allowances and Benefits

Family allowance: ¥30,000/month for 1 child, ¥50,000 for 2, ¥60,000 for 3 or more (up to age 18)

Full social insurance coverage (Health, Employment, Pension, and Worker's Comp)

Transportation allowance: up to ¥100,000/month

Location: Umeda Gate Tower, Osaka City, Kita-ku

Hours: 9:00–18:00 (with shift flexibility)

No relocation required

Average overtime: Less than 20 hours/month
