Job description
◤◢◤ What is JoBins? ◢◤◢
▼You will be involved in UI/UX design for JoBins, an agent network platform developed in-house for recruitment agencies.
*Agent network platform
A platform that connects more than 3,300 "recruitment agents x recruitment agents" and "recruitment agents x recruiting companies" nationwide.
The two important elements in running an agent business are:
1. Job posting development
2. Job seeker attraction
We will bring about change in each of these.
By incorporating a function called Job Alliance,
it has become possible for agents to share the job postings of recruiting companies with each other.
Agents who provide job postings they have developed themselves can "attract job seekers" from 3,300 agents,
and agents who obtain job postings developed by other companies can "develop job postings" from 3,300 agents.
There are three advantages to using JoBins for recruiting companies.
1. The largest number of agents in Japan
2. Scouting is possible for candidates handled by agents
3. Equipped with a recruitment management system
By utilizing a large number of agents through one system called JoBins,
you can recruit the "desired talent" you have not yet seen by increasing the number of agents without having to spend man-hours in-house.
Instead of "waiting" for recruitment introductions, you can "aggressively" utilize human resources.

◤◢◤ Past achievements and future prospects◢◤◢
JoBins, founded as an agent in 2012, evolved into the "Agent Linkage System", a platform that connects recruiting companies and agents, in 2021, and in 2024, in addition to that service, it has also developed into the "Job Agent Network Platform (JANP)", a platform that connects agents with each other.
As a result of its transformation into an IT company, the growth rate of ARR (annual recurring revenue) from 2022 to 2023 is about 300%, and JANP, which started offering this year, is a rapidly growing company with a service growth rate of about 6 times in two months.
Future plans include entering the US market in 2025 and going public in 2027,
so there is only one more chance to join the company to become a founding member.
If you are thinking, "I want to grow with the company," "I want to see the scenery after I've led the organization myself and gone public," or "I want to expand my life options," now is the perfect time to join JoBins!
◤◢◤Other attractions◢◤◢
◉A personnel system that evaluates people who produce results regardless of age
We place emphasis on "how committed and successful you are" rather than seniority or length of employment.
Personnel evaluations are conducted four times a year, and the idea is that you will be promoted to a leadership or business manager position in as little as one year.
As examples, it is possible to become a business manager in your early 20s and increase your annual income by more than 1 million yen.
◉ An environment where you can work in a team
Outside of work, we hold monthly rallies and annual general meetings to increase the "group cohesion" of the entire company.
In the workplace, we introduce a "buddy system" and a "team system" for each department, allowing members to work together and improve their skills!
◉ An environment and system that focuses on a "culture of praise"
Under the motto of "sincere praise for good work," applause reverberates throughout the office every time an appointment or contract is secured!
In addition, we introduce a "monthly MVP" once a month, and incentives are presented to the recognized person.
◉ Work-life balance is also good
127 days off per year, scholarship repayment system, housing allowance of 30,000 yen, no transfers, etc. Not only is the working environment great, but the benefits are also excellent.
◉ Free to choose your dress code, hairstyle, and nails.
◉ There is also a system that allows you to take 10-minute breaks three times a day at your own discretion, in addition to the 1-hour lunch break.
