Job description
■Job overview
You will be in charge of the development of our in-house product "Hot Profile", and we will gradually entrust you with leadership duties as well.

We will support the digitalization and utilization of the entire sales process by providing functions in four areas: "business card management", "sales support (SFA)", "marketing", and "new development (corporate DB)". We will build an integrated customer base that transforms sales activities by consolidating all information about existing clients and potential clients, which are the company's assets. This is a service that can be used in a seamless manner, from customer management according to the status of sales negotiations to marketing approaches.

・New features:
In 2022, we released the form sales tool "Hot Approach", which claims to "dry-dry sales to 500 companies in 3 minutes", and last year in 2023, we released the new development function "Hot Recommendation", which automatically provides information on promising sales targets.

■Job details:
・Upstream processes from product strategy and requirements definition to basic design
*We will gradually entrust you with the following tasks in consideration of your experience and skills.
・Instruction of team members/code, design review
・General project management work such as internal and external project progress management, resources, schedule, quality, risk, etc.

■Characteristics of the work
・We assume that we will adopt the optimal development method according to the project's objectives, but in the future we will shift to agile development methods.
・You can gain a wide range of experience through the development of new functions such as database design/tuning and integration design with other companies' services.
・In the future, you will have the opportunity to be involved in ultra-upstream processes such as product strategy and requirement definition.
・Since this is development related to our own products, there is no work at the client's site.
