You will be responsible for the development of the integrated IT operations management system "AssetView," which has been introduced in many public and private sectors. "AssetView" is an IT asset management tool that has been introduced to many customers.

■Job details
As a development engineer, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from product improvements and new function requirement definition and design to program implementation.
Since you will be assigned to a team of 8-10 people for each function, you will be able to experience the entire process from downstream to upstream.

In addition, by developing new products and functions that meet market needs, you will be able to catch up on the latest technology every day and feel that your skills are constantly improving.

■How development works

・AssetView's development uses a waterfall model. Teams made up of each development function are responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from requirements definition to basic design, detailed design, and implementation. We work together with engineers, sales, and support while listening to customer feedback.

・AssetView has a quality control team within the development department, so it is an environment where a lot of development man-hours can be allocated to the implementation process.

・Major updates are implemented twice a year, and the development release cycle is about six months. In addition, a cross-organizational project team is launched about once a year to develop new products.

There are three career paths you can aim for at the company.

■What to expect after joining the company
- 1st month after joining:

You will be involved in feature development. We expect you to be able to work independently from requirements definition to release within 6 months of joining the company. Of course, we will support you as a team so that you can demonstrate your abilities.
