■Mission of the department

Provide users with safe, high-quality and stable system infrastructure and operational services that meet the customer's perspective at optimal cost and optimal speed. In order to achieve the above mission, our department considers, plans, builds and manages the use policy of devices used within the company.

■Job description
As an employee of the IT and digital department of a business company, you will mainly be engaged in the policy, planning and operation management of the use of PCs and mobile devices. Our company provides a large number of devices within the company to realize a hybrid work style. There are many issues that need to be resolved, such as replacing with Windows 11 terminals, utilizing zero trust technology, and promoting the sophistication and automation of current operations. We are looking forward to receiving applications from those who are interested in tackling these issues as an employee of the IT and digital department of a business company, planning and promoting their implementation.

Specific examples of work are listed below.


-Introduction, operation, and maintenance management of PCs, VDI environments, smartphones, and tablets provided to the company
-Provision of communication tools (Webex, Teams, etc.)
-Security measures for PCs, smartphones, etc. provided to the company
-IT support for executives


-Construction, operation, and maintenance of contact center infrastructure (voice infrastructure) (Knowledge of Avaya products is preferred)
-Construction, operation, and maintenance of in-house voice infrastructure (Experience with Teams Phone is preferred)
