■Job description
As an employee of the IT and digital department of a business company, you will mainly be engaged in the policy, planning and operation management of the use of PCs and mobile devices. Our company provides a large number of devices within the company to realize a hybrid work style. There are many issues that need to be resolved, such as replacing with Windows 11 terminals, utilizing zero trust technology, and promoting the sophistication and automation of current operations. -Introduction, operation, and maintenance management of PCs, VDI environments, smartphones, and tablets provided to the company

-Construction, operation, and maintenance of contact center infrastructure (voice infrastructure) (Knowledge of Avaya products is preferred)
