■Job overview
- From the perspective of business (system users), plan and promote business processes that contribute to "visualization of IT systems" and "transparency of operations" based on voices from business departments regarding the use of IT systems, communication with business departments in the event of system failures, and analysis of collected data.

■Job examples
(1) Consider the ideal form for the implementation and operation of system operation monitoring from a business perspective, and work with user departments and development departments to monitor IT services and understand the scope of impact when failures occur.
(2) In order to effectively operate the in-house help desk (vendor), analyze the response history of the help desk and make system improvement proposals and adjustments. Also, consider and respond to the creation of a system that does not require inquiries, such as public relations and the use of chatbots.
(3) As a service level manager, coordinate with business departments and development departments to conclude and maintain appropriate service levels.
(4) Operate various secretariats to provide stable IT services without interruption, such as the secretariats in the event of a large-scale system failure and the change management secretariats.
