Job description

You will be in charge of interviews to match clients with various issues such as strategy planning, new business development, DX, and organizational development with experts with valuable knowledge gained from practical experience in one hour. In response to various requests from clients, you will collect information from inside and outside the company, analyze the industry and services related to the case, and propose experts with the most suitable knowledge to match the knowledge.

In this position, you will mainly be entrusted with cases related to overseas research.
You will conduct research on a daily basis for requests from "all countries and regions around the world" and "a wide range of industries," and communicate with experts from diverse backgrounds (regions, industries, and occupations).

The job of connecting global knowledge while utilizing language skills is truly a position that can be called "expert in knowledge databases."

・Requirements definition for various research requests from clients (full-time handling of overseas requests)
・Research on industries and occupations that match the requirements, and list and propose optimal expert candidates
・Expert screening (checking knowledge and experience and details)
・Scrutinizing and adding to the proposal list
・Working with the development team to consider system development for operational efficiency and measures to improve the UX of clients and experts

Monthly salary guide
300,000 to 550,000 yen

Fixed overtime pay
91,000 to 153,000 yen
Fixed overtime hours (45 hours)

Salary: Determined according to skills, experience, and ability (reviewed twice a year)
