[This is a valuable position where you can be involved in "product development", the starting point of the insurance business, even if you have no experience]

■About this position
The Product Development Department is a department that creates new products and services that will lead to the resolution of social issues that our company must face. It consists of two departments, Section 1 and Section 2, and this recruitment will be assigned to "Product Development Section 1", which plans and develops products and services.

■About the organization
・The Product Development Department has 20 members and Product Development Section 1 has 9 members.
・The average age of members of Product Development Section 1 (excluding managers and supervisors) is 32.5 years old.
・The position is made up of people transferred from other departments within the company and people from advertising agencies.

■Job Description (Product Development Division 1)

- Product development, revision and abolition (collection and analysis of information on market trends and customer needs, extraction of development projects, planning and proposal of product specifications, coordination with related departments within the company)

- Collection and analysis of monitoring information on sales trends of existing products

- Planning of ancillary services and other medical and nursing care services
