-Looking for a human resources specialist to solve the human resources issues of growing businesses-
The company has introduced an HRBP system this fiscal year, which assigns human resources personnel to each business division in the "game debugging business," "software testing business," and "net support business."
In this position, you will be the recruitment team leader of the business division that develops the "software testing business," etc., and will work with the team to recruit about 200 people per year.
This is an additional position due to an increase in the number of people hired per year.
You will be in charge of human resources recruitment (HRBP) for the enterprise business division, which focuses on the "software testing business" among the "game debugging business," "software testing business," and "net support business" that the company develops.
In addition to promoting the recruitment of about 100 people per year as a team, this position will not only involve recruitment work, but will also review and improve the system for future organizational development, such as by working with the business division to establish training and onboarding systems.
Currently, the Software Testing Division is restructuring its organizational structure to match the market sentiment, and the role of the Recruitment Department needs to change accordingly.

[Job Description]
As the driving force of the division's recruitment team, you will be responsible for planning mid-career recruitment strategies, planning recruitment communications, coordinating and negotiating with other departments, etc.
In particular, we are strengthening cooperation with the division in charge of recruitment, and we expect you to work on solving personnel issues that go beyond recruitment, such as discussing future recruiting demographics, target scope, and strengthening the training system.
You will also be responsible for training team members and managing progress and goals.
