M&A consultants will be responsible for a range of M&A-related tasks for small and medium-sized businesses, large companies, and listed companies.

[Origination work (case discovery)]


- Development and follow-up with accounting firms/financial institutions
- Consultation on introduced cases - Signing of advisory contracts
- Valuation
- Creation of outline documents
