■Job description:
We design logistics that utilize our network, both domestic and overseas, to meet our customers' needs, utilizing all means of transportation, including land, sea, and air, from production plants to delivery destinations, as well as know-how on inventory management and warehouse management.
We pursue high-quality and efficient logistics, manage the entire logistics operation as the customer's logistics department, and aim to optimize SCM (supply chain management).
We also sometimes act as the customer's general sales representative, responding to various inquiries and striving to satisfy the customer.
■Job details:
For new transportation cases, we confirm the characteristics, route, lead time, and other needs of the products to be transported, and coordinate with related departments such as operations, technology, staff, and overseas local subsidiaries to propose a logistics flow to the customer.
We consider various ideas and consider the optimal transportation and storage methods so that we can make proposals that exceed the customer's needs.
For existing transportation cases, we analyze the issues and modify the logistics flow. We may encounter difficulties in resolving the issues, but we will persistently think things through, persistently adjust, and improve.
In addition, as a general sales liaison for customers, you will analyze shipping data and coordinate with related internal departments to handle cost negotiations in order to expand sales and improve profits.
■Process after joining:
You will be taught the job through OJT, but you may also receive training at a logistics center to understand operational tasks. You can also take courses to learn basic logistics knowledge.
