We aim to become a global, top-level shared service company by accelerating business reform through further utilization of advanced technologies such as generative AI.
In the next mid-term management plan review, we will set the company's direction and source of competitiveness based on past activities, and proceed with considerations such as laying the groundwork for concrete policy implementation. It is urgent to strengthen the planning function that will be at the core of these considerations, concretize the ideas of the management, and lead the executive department.

The basic work location will be within the Tamagawa business site. The use of Teams, Zoom, and Box has become established as internal communication tools.
◆About the organization
The Corporate Planning Division is an organization of over 80 people, and is composed of four major functions: planning, corporate governance and internal control, accounting, and business execution. There are about 15 members in charge of planning.
This recruitment will involve joining one of the groups and leading multiple people (up to about three people). Or, you will carry out your work as a professional. This group is mainly made up of members who have been with the company for 2-3 years and were assigned as part of career recruitment and business training under the in-house personnel system (work experience across organizations for outstanding internal personnel). Therefore, it is an organization that is easy for new members to join.

As a mid-term career, you will experience a wide range of work within the Planning Division, and it is also possible to aim to become the person in charge of your group (such as a director) in the areas of corporate governance and management accounting.

Salary
Annual salary: 7,500,000 yen - 10,000,000 yen
Wage type: Monthly salary
- Salary increase once a year
- Bonus paid twice a year (June and December)

Working hours: Flextime system with no core time
(Standard working hours: 8:30-17:15, Standard scheduled working hours: 7 hours 45 minutes, Break time: 60 minutes)
Average monthly overtime hours for the recruiting department: Approximately 30 hours

Trial period: 3 months (no change to employment conditions)
