■Job description and team composition
We will listen to customer companies, mainly major manufacturing companies, about their issues in design and development and manufacturing, and make proposals to solve business, organizational, and technical issues. We will work with our customers' engineers to gain a deep understanding of their needs, and then work with the dispatch and contract development department, consulting department, training service department, in-house product development department, etc. to provide optimal solutions.

Salary
Theoretical annual salary: 3,600,000 yen to 4,812,000 yen
Monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 401,000 yen (basic salary: 270,000 yen to 371,000 yen, 40 hours of assumed overtime pay included: 70,000 yen to 95,000 yen)
