Lux aims to improve work efficiency through cloud and IT technology and help with social issues such as a lack of people and time. In particular, the RakuRaku series, one of the representative services, is good at developing multiple services that support back office operations (accounting, finance, human resources, sales administration, etc.).

We provide multiple SaaS services and are developing products that are widely used by strengthening each product. As an example of our products, we focus on improving back-office operations for mid-sized companies and aim to create products that are widely used without customizing for specific customers. We will focus on areas that can solve the pain points of many customers and expand our business, and each product will have functions and usability that are sufficient for business use.

Many of Rakus' executives have experience as engineers, and we consider product development to be one of the important core management centers.

Each service department adopts a business division system, but the Development Headquarters exists across services as a technical specialist organization to which engineers belong. We believe that engineers can contribute more to business by creating an organization that emphasizes the values that engineers hold dear and the culture that engineers themselves create, and as a technical specialist organization that does not belong to a business division, we aim to create a fun environment where engineers can work energetically and easily.

Mission: Lead customers to customer success Create an overwhelmingly easy-to-use SaaS
Vision: Become a group of SaaS development engineers representing Japan
・Recognized by engineers throughout Japan as a leader in SaaS development
・Work with confidence and pride in the fact that we are the No. 1 group of engineers

Each service is scaling up, both in terms of new and existing services, and the number of users of the Rakuraku series and its contribution to society are steadily increasing. In order to continue to meet customer expectations, we are looking for engineers who will work with us to expand our products and services. The development team is basically an in-house development team consisting mostly of full-time employees.
We plan to establish a development subsidiary in Indonesia in 2025 and will expand offshore development, but as we plan to increase the number of engineers and development work there, we are looking for a bridge engineer who will play an important role as a bridge between Raqs (Japan) and Raqs Indonesia (Indonesia).

-Continue to balance "growth of existing services" and "challenge new businesses"
-Implement PDCA thoroughly to grow the business
-Work on "essential things" to achieve growth for the company and myself

-Think about "what to make" that meets the needs/seeds of the market together with the business side (sales/planning/CS, etc.)
-Build a team while valuing both work and people, as people are also growing just like the product
-Incorporate new functions that do not yet exist and new technologies that may be effective and make them coexist
-Receive feedback from customers even after release to advance better development and operation
-Maintain a good relationship between Japan and Indonesia and grow together

-You can have your own product. You can grow what you create.
-Learn team building and project management while practicing it yourself.
-You can work while being relied on by engineers from both Japan and Indonesia.
-The offshore location is a subsidiary, so the relationship is very good and friendly.
・You can share your know-how with the Indonesian subsidiary and have them understand it.

・Not only you, but the Indonesian subsidiary is also growing, so you can grow together.

<What kind of people are there>

・People who enjoy growth and have a strong desire to learn, initiative, and hospitality in order to create one service together

・People who have escaped from a passive development culture and enjoy service development proactively

・People who make decisions and act from both a business perspective and a development perspective as if it were their own service, as it is their own business

・People who work from the perspective of overall optimization by continuously accumulating know-how and systems, rather than one-off work
