■About the job:
As an infrastructure engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building servers and networks.

■About the role you are looking for:
Depending on your skills and experience, you will be responsible for project management, member training, and building relationships with customers as a PM, PL, or team leader.

<Flat evaluation system>
Evaluations are conducted twice a year based on clear standards (9-point evaluation) from two perspectives: personnel evaluation (individual ability) and bonus evaluation (performance during the period), so employees can be evaluated flatly regardless of their age or career. If the personnel evaluation is high, they will be recommended for promotion, and many employees are promoted to the next position even if they are not yet in the workforce. Salary
Expected annual income: 5.15 million yen to 7.55 million yen (monthly salary system)
Monthly salary: 260,000 yen to 380,000 yen
