Even if the leader is not stationed at the client's site, the in-house system management department will visit the client and provide full support, so you can work with peace of mind.
In addition, there are plenty of social gatherings and club activities, so even if you are stationed at a client's site, you can work while feeling a horizontal connection as an employee of our company.

The company's engineers will be involved in negotiations with end users in the future, so we aim to improve their communication skills in group training.
