Job description
■ Overview
You will be responsible for the cross-sectional management support of each project in a large-scale system for a certain megabank.

This is a job that requires a high level of knowledge and experience, but due to the trust between the company and its customers, even those with no experience in the IT industry can take on the challenge.

In principle, practical experience in each phase, from operation to construction to requirements definition, is essential to participate in the management field.
By learning the work related to a series of projects while looking at it from a bird's eye view, you can aim for manager class as quickly as possible.

- Document creation, confirmation, criticism, investigation, analysis

Those who have no experience in the IT industry will take the company's initial training (1-2 months) and be assigned to the site.

The initial training is a foundation building/business skills training that utilizes the know-how of the company's vocational training school,

and the curriculum is one that allows you to immediately play an active role in the field, from basic IT literacy to construction skills.

After being assigned to the site, you will be given OJT and will work to become independent.

[Scope of change] All work as determined by the company (personnel transfers to all work)

Salary
Annual salary 3.6 - 4.8 million yen
Monthly salary: 300,000 to 400,000 yen

(1) Basic salary: 200,000 to 235,000 yen (excluding allowance (2))

(2) Secondment allowance: 100,000 to 165,000 yen (paid as 20 hours of overtime allowance regardless of whether overtime work is performed or not)

(3) Premium wages for overtime work exceeding 20 hours will be paid additionally

*Basic salary and secondment allowance will be determined based on previous job, experience, skills, etc.
