We aim to further increase our presence in the Expert Network Service (ENS) industry and become a global platform that can be used beyond regional and language barriers. We are promoting data integration and function integration with services operated and developed by overseas subsidiaries.
As the product environment becomes more complex, we are looking for someone who can work with us to promote service development in order to deliver value to users more quickly and grow.
■ Job content (Your work will be assigned according to your experience and preferences.)
- Develop services in collaboration with English-speaking engineers at overseas subsidiaries
- Response to inquiries from internal users and system failures
- Travel to US subsidiaries once or twice a year for around one week to understand the current situation, share know-how, and strengthen relationships
- Investigate applications, infrastructure, and operational status to comply with security policies, and thoroughly discuss with the business side the appeal of documentation and implementation work, as well as solutions to issues, from specification formulation to release and subsequent improvements.
- Issues may be requested by the business side, or the engineers themselves may propose them. The appeal is that you can contribute greatly to the growth of the service by participating as an engineer from the policy consideration stage. Technology stack and tools used: Backend: C# / ASP.NET Core, Python / Django
Frontend: Angular / Vue.js / Typescript
DB: Microsoft SQL Server / MySQL
Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform

Expected annual salary: 7-9 million yen
*Salary details will be determined based on skills and experience.
Monthly salary: 538,000 yen to 642,000 yen
Basic salary: 412,000 yen to 492,000 yen
Fixed overtime allowance (including 30 hours of fixed overtime allowance/40 hours of fixed night shift allowance):
126,000 to 150,000 yen
Salary: Determined based on skills, experience, and ability (reviewed twice a year)
Bonus: Once a year (based on performance)
Working hours: Discretionary work system
Average working hours: 160 hours/month

Trial period: 3 months after joining the company (same conditions as for full-time employment)
