Job description
First, learn about Monogatari-ryu's commitment and store operations as a store staff member (store manager/sales promotion planner).

As a store manager candidate, after joining the company, you will undergo introductory training and division-specific training before being assigned to a store (direct store).
You will learn hall kitchen operations in three months, and management and supervisory duties in six months.

-Sales and profit management for a store with annual sales of approximately 200 to 300 million yen
-Recruitment, training, and labor management of 30 to 80 employees
-Proposals and plans that lead to improvements in stores and business formats, and more.
