■Job details
As a development engineer, you will be involved in a wide range of work, from product improvement and new function requirement definition and design to program implementation.
You will be divided into teams of 8 to 10 people for each function, so you will be able to experience the entire process from downstream to upstream.

・Windows update function, client application collection function
・Task management, job management function, etc.
■Development process
・This position uses a hybrid agile model. Teams composed of each development function will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from requirement definition to basic design, detailed design, and implementation. We work together with engineers, sales, and support while listening to customer feedback.
・We have a quality control team within the development department, so we can allocate a lot of development time to the implementation process.
・We implement major updates twice a year, with a development release cycle of about six months. In addition, a cross-organizational project team is formed about once a year to develop new products.

■What to expect after joining the company
- 1 month after joining the company:
You will deepen your understanding of the product, including basic design and specifications. Get used to it with the support of existing members.
- 2 months after joining the company:
You will be involved in function development. We expect you to be able to proceed from requirements definition to release in person within 6 months of joining the company. Of course, we will support you as a team so that you can demonstrate your abilities.
