◆Job description
We are looking for colleagues who can contribute to expanding MiiTel's market share through new business development for major companies and upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Plan account planning for the companies you are in charge of, including understanding the customer's business, priorities, identifying key stakeholders, and understanding the budget process, and create business opportunities.

Build a collaborative system with internal stakeholders (mainly inside sales, customer success, and product) to create cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Act as an advisor through strategic relationship building with customers to support their business growth.

Conduct sales negotiations online or offline with assigned leads.

Use Salesforce to manage pipelines and forecasts in your area and aim to achieve sales targets through efficient sales activities.

Salary
Annual salary 6,000,000 yen - 10,000,000 yen
★Conditions will be determined according to your experience and ability.

*Overtime allowance will be paid as 45 hours of overtime allowance regardless of whether overtime work is performed or not. In addition, premium pay will be paid for overtime work exceeding 45 hours.

(Example) * Annual salary divided into 12 parts
Annual salary 8 million yen / Monthly salary 670,000 yen (basic salary 480,000 yen + overtime allowance 190,000 yen)
