Even if you don't have programming knowledge, this tool uses image recognition to automate tasks on your PC, even if you are a beginner.

You will be tasked with the job of [New Business Project Manager] to create a second pillar following the Robopat DX business.

As a project manager, you will be involved in business construction from the perspective of the engineer in the new business "Database Business" following RPA.
You will start by promoting existing projects and planning new projects, and will also participate in building the roadmap for new businesses as the business manager.
While contributing to business creation using your PM experience, you will hone your management perspective and aim to become the business manager of the next business or the CTO of the entire group.

Salary
Expected annual salary for the first year: 6 million to 9 million yen (monthly salary + bonus)
*Whether or not a bonus is paid in the first year will depend on the month of joining the company.
Monthly salary: 380,000 yen to 600,000 yen (fixed)
Breakdown of monthly salary
- Basic salary: 281,156 yen to 443,930 yen
- Job allowance (45 hours of assumed overtime): 98,844 yen to 156,070 yen
Notes:
- Full payment will be made even if actual overtime hours fall below 45 hours, and will be paid separately if overtime hours exceed 45 hours.
Salary increase: once a year (January)
Bonus: twice a year (July, December) Performance-linked bonus (average actual performance of approximately 4.0 months in FY2023)

・Travel allowance: 2,000 yen/day (transportation and accommodation expenses paid separately)

Working hours: Flextime system (no core time)
You can flexibly adjust the start and end times of work and break times according to the schedule, work, and personal and family circumstances of the day.
Shortened working hours, such as less than 8 hours, are also possible.
Many employees start working around 8:00 to 10:00.
Trial period: 3 months (no change in conditions)
