Hybrid type! After-school English conversation school/
We are increasing the number of classrooms for our hybrid English conversation school, which combines "after-school care" for children aged 3 to elementary school with "English education." We currently have 36 schools open in the Tokyo metropolitan area and three prefectures, and plan to open 2-3 schools a year in the future.

One of the major features of Kids UP is that it introduces "CLIL education," which combines the study of subjects such as "math in English" with the study of a foreign language. The educational program, supervised by Professor Tadayoshi Katayama of Gakushuin Women's University, who holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics, is based on academic evidence and creates an environment similar to after-school study abroad, where children can learn English while having fun and learn effectively.

Further leaps made with the group's comprehensive strength

Since its establishment in November 1998, parent company P-UP World Co., Ltd. has grown by developing a variety of businesses, including human resources, food and beverage, education, and motorsports, in addition to operating more than 200 mobile phone shops nationwide.

"Kids UP" was launched as one of its business divisions in 2016, and while steadily increasing the number of schools, it was incorporated in 2020. It is looking to further expand its business without being influenced by changes in society.

With such an environment, there are plenty of opportunities regardless of age or length of employment, and the number of positions is increasing as the organization expands, with some employees being promoted to area manager or trainer in their second year.
