◆Recruitment background
The company's mission is to "create an infrastructure that expands the possibilities of life through work," and it develops and provides the part-time job app "Timee" that matches "the time you want to work" with "the time you want to work." By using a new way of working called spot work, they are working to solve the important issue of "labor shortage" that Japan faces, and the business growth rate has increased by 320% compared to last year, and both the service and the organization are growing rapidly.

Currently, the number of users has increased to over 9 million, and the number of companies that have introduced the service has increased to over 130,000. It is being used in a wide range of industries and occupations, including food and beverage, logistics, and retail, but in order to achieve the mission, it is necessary to accelerate growth further in the future.

We are recruiting for a field sales position that maximizes the use of Timee. We are looking for someone who can propose Timee to various issues that differ from client to client, such as resolving labor shortages and DX, and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses.

◆Job Description
Mission
As a field salesperson, you will aim to acquire orders through negotiations with new clients. Basically, you will receive a toss-up from the marketing department or inside sales department and handle the negotiations and beyond.
The issues of human resources and labor shortages vary depending on the industry and business you are in charge of, so you will be required to propose ways to use Timee according to each issue and contribute to solving the client's issues. Timee is a performance-based service that generates sales for each operation, so efforts to increase satisfaction with each use are necessary. Therefore, it is not just a matter of "selling and then being done," but you will be handing over to customer success even after implementation and building a foundation to continue supporting clients.

◆ Role

Solving human resource issues for new clients (securing labor, improving work efficiency, etc.)

Taking orders for Timee applications from new clients

Building relationships with new clients

◆ Specific duties

Negotiating with new clients, acquiring applications

Hearing about management and human resource issues from clients

Considering measures to solve the issues of the client in charge, creating materials, and making proposals

Simulating customer acquisition prospects and labor costs, etc.

Negotiating and communicating with the client in charge with the aim of building mid- to long-term relationships

Acquire clients in new markets and support introduction
