Job description
■Summary
The company provides financial SaaS services, but the business is still in the introductory phase and has issues with creating operational systems (communication with stakeholders, education, document preparation, etc.).
After being assigned to this business, you will first be engaged in actual work and gain work experience, and then based on your experience, you will work on solving the aforementioned issues using IT to contribute to improving the productivity of the organization.

■Job description
You will be assigned to the company's TMS service department and will first be involved in actual work such as supporting system implementation for customers with issues in the global fund management area (finance area) and maintaining and operating the system after implementation.
Based on your experience, we expect you to contribute to improving the productivity of the organization through communication with customers, creating systems within the team, and document preparation.
This business is in the launch phase from 1 to 10, and there are still many inefficient and undeveloped areas, so you will be able to fully utilize your experience in improving operations using IT.
In addition, we do not end the process by simply introducing the system, but continue to make improvements until the customer is satisfied, so that the customer can feel a sense of contribution while working on it.

■TMS business objectives
In recent years, the ratio of overseas sales has increased for large Japanese companies due to the acquisition of overseas corporations and the expansion of sales channels, and the management issue of understanding and managing the status of funds and assets held by overseas corporations in a more timely and accurate manner is becoming stronger every year.
In response to the above issues, Diva launched a new business in 2017 to provide solutions related to the financial field and support the maximum effective use of consolidated group funds globally.
Specifically, the company continues to expand its business by providing a consistent service from support for the introduction of treasury management systems (hereinafter referred to as TMS) purchased from overseas vendors to detailed customer follow-up and outsourcing, which is a differentiating factor from competitors.
The company plans to grow this TMS service business into its third business after its software and BPO businesses, and to further contribute to its customers, mainly large companies that operate globally.

Examples of clients: Nifco, KDDI, THK, Mitsui Chemicals, Kobe Steel, Toei Animation (titles omitted, in no particular order), etc.
