・Support for core restructuring for retail companies
In order to respond to the expansion of business scale and the accelerating pace of business change, we proposed a shift from traditional core systems to a cloud-based service platform. We led the overall design, such as proposing a platform-independent framework and an architecture that is resistant to change, reducing system operating costs by transferring to the cloud, and presenting specific measures to improve development productivity.

・Support for system renewal for construction companies
When renovating a large-scale core system, we considered the renewal method and the scope of package introduction. During the implementation phase, we conducted quality checks and followed up with each company. We led the problem solving of technical issues.

・PoC for a new service for a regional bank
In order to win against competitors, we are planning a service that provides a new customer experience. After developing a prototype with minimum functions and verifying the value provided to customers, we will proceed to productization after making a business decision. We will be responsible for promoting the PoC and designing and implementing the architecture after the decision to commercialize the product.

・Product development for the smart healthcare industry
After releasing the initial version, we are currently in the process of enhancing the functions while looking at feedback from users.
