Job description

This position will lead the growth of Number Nine, the company's main business, a digital distribution service.
The main mission is to create and execute strategies to increase awareness of the service, promote the natural inflow of users (manga artists), and support sales, and build a platform where manga artists can gather.
Specifically,
- Formulate and execute a growth strategy for digital distribution
- Plan a growth strategy aimed at increasing awareness of the service and encouraging natural inflow
- Set KPIs, manage progress, and implement improvement measures
- Plan and promote an action plan to improve the reliability of the service
- Sales support and analysis
- Support the sales team in approaching non-users, and prepare sales weapons such as providing proposal materials and data
- Propose measures to dispel concerns based on data analysis of authors and users
- Project management
- Work with each department (sales, customer success, development, marketing) to promote cross-sectional projects
- Manage the progress of new measures and projects, monitor results, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Collaborate with external resources
- Promote collaboration with partners and creators to increase awareness and expand content
- Implement new measures based on market trends and competitive analysis
