Our company plans and develops a wide range of PB/OEM products, including seasonings, soups, beverages, and prepared foods.
◇Specifically
(1) Improvement of existing products based on market trends, planning of new products, and recipe development
(2) Market research such as selection and blending of ingredients, product development, and factory selection
(3) Building efficient manufacturing processes and manufacturing process management
(4) Visiting clients and negotiating product development
Those joining this company will be mainly tasked with (3) manufacturing process development (implementation at the factory) and prototyping assistant. We would like you to experience various product projects for about 1 to 2 years, grasp the characteristics of the machines and the constraints and tips for blending when industrializing, and in the future, we would like to entrust you with tasks such as flavor creation, formulation consideration, and packaging consideration as mentioned above (1), (2), and (4). We are hiring you with the assumption that we will train you to be able to handle all processes in the future.
*Business trips will occur once or twice a month, but it is possible to stay the night before or go directly to and from work.
■Organizational structure
・The product development department to which you will be assigned consists of a total of 13 people. Of these, there are two teams of prepared foods and one team of confectionery, which we are currently recruiting for.
・The team is made up of employees in their 20s to 40s, with a roughly 50/50 ratio of men to women. Many employees are working while raising children.
