Job description


■You will be in charge of construction management of high-performance foundation piles, which are used in various fields, from residential construction to machine equipment foundations and civil engineering applications.

■Main duties:
・Meeting with customers (main contractors, etc.)
・Site surveys
・Creating construction drawings
・Arranging materials and partner companies
・Formulating construction plans
・Process management, quality control, cost management, safety management, etc.

■Training system:
●Intra-company training
After joining the company, you will receive training in Tokyo (head office area).
The curriculum includes not only the E-Z method and ATT column method used by Asahi Kasei Building Materials, but also the mindset of a construction management employee,
ground matters and pile design,
and you will learn the basic knowledge necessary for pile construction management.
The training is also a good opportunity for people inside and outside the company to remember your face and name.
