■Training
・After joining the company, you will aim to be able to handle everything from detailed design to coding and release of ERP add-on development.
The training period will be from 1 month to a maximum of 3 months depending on your experience.
After training, you will be assigned to actual projects through OJT, so you can work with peace of mind.

Classroom training: Approximately 50 hours
DLP Online (on-demand self-study content): Approximately 100 hours
PBL (Virtual project): Approximately 1 month
