Job description As a store staff member of Gyoza no Ohsho, you will be responsible for cooking, serving customers, and training staff!

▼Store assignment/First, you will be in charge of basic cooking and serving customers
Most of the meals we serve are cooked from scratch in the store. Gradually increase what you can do.
You can prepare and review with video manuals, so you can rest assured!

▼Store operation/Total responsibility from staff training to customer attraction planning
While interacting with customers who come to the store every day, think about how to make the store more loved, and think about training and customer attraction planning.

■Ohsho Cooking Dojo■
It's not true that you should learn cooking techniques by watching others. We will teach you cooking techniques based on scientific evidence, from basic knowledge such as preparing ingredients. We value a solid understanding of logic and cooking.

We have prepared lecture content for each rank, such as assistant manager and manager. You will receive training on efficient store operations, management skills, and customer service.

Salary Estimated annual income: 4.12 million yen to 5 million yen

Monthly salary: 229,500 yen to 278,500 yen (including sales allowance and meal allowance)

Salary increase: once a year
Bonus: twice a year
*The above amount includes a flat-rate sales allowance of 16,000 yen and a meal allowance of 7,000 yen.
*Experience and skills will be taken into consideration.
*Overtime allowance will be paid in full separately.

Monthly salary 420,000 yen (including allowances, etc.) / 29 years old / 4th year with the company

Monthly salary 520,000 yen (including allowances, etc.) / 33 years old / 6th year with the company

4.6 million yen / 3 years with the company, general employee

5.76 million yen / 4 years with the company, assistant manager

8.3 million yen / 10 years with the company, store manager

9.89 million yen / 10 years with the company, area manager

Working hours Shift system (8 hours of actual work)

*Shift example: 10:00-19:00, 13:00-22:00, etc.

*Overtime is about 20 hours per month on average.
