Job description
We are looking for a supervisor professional who will lead monitoring, operation, and management work in the security field. You will be engaged in work such as IT system maintenance, server and network management, security monitoring (SOC), and SIRT support, leading a team to solve client problems.

[Specific duties]
1. Management duties
- Judgments and instructions regarding escalation from staff at the responsible base and incident handling duties,
- Negotiations and reports with clients
- Review of documents such as reports and procedures related to work
2. Monitoring operations
- Inventory management, access management, physical security protection, and management of monitoring work related to the operation status of networks and systems
- Handling of system failures and security incidents
3. xSIRT support duties
- Security support work such as CSIRT and FSIRT
4. Non-routine duties
- Ancillary tasks such as operation improvement activities, trend analysis, resilience enhancement, and consideration and implementation of improvement measures for monitoring requirements

Salary
Annual salary 3,500,000 yen - 6,000,000 yen

Contract period
